    • To be eligible for a return, your QR sticker must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
    • Returns are accepted within 10 days from the date of delivery.
  2. Return Procedure:

    • Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the RA number on the package.
    • Ship the item back to us at the address provided along with the RA number.
  3. Refund Process:

    • If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
    • Refunds may take 7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution's processing times.
